Who is responsible

Blackfox is me, Daniel Rezaie. The business is Blackfox Rezaie (sole proprietorship), Norwegian org. no. 935 803 977, Åråssvingen 11, 2007 Kjeller, Norway.

When you order on the website

The order asks for your company name, your name, your e-mail and, if you like, a phone number. It also carries what you chose and the page you ordered from.

The payment happens at Stripe, where you type your card and billing address, and Stripe sends the receipt. The order reaches me by e-mail (Microsoft 365), and I use it to plan the start, invoice and deliver what you ordered. The legal basis is our agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(b)), and for the accounts the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (article 6(1)(c)). The terms of sale are at blackfox.no/en/terms.

When you write to me

If you e-mail me, I use what you write to answer and to follow up. The legal basis is that you asked (article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Statistics and security

Cloudflare runs the website. To serve the pages and stop attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and ordinary technical details, and I do not use them to find out who you are. Your country, as Cloudflare sees it, picks the first currency on the order page; you can change it. When you order, Cloudflare Turnstile may check that you are not a robot, without tracking cookies.

I count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you between websites. I only see totals, such as how many people visited a page.

Cookies and storage in your browser

The website uses no cookies for tracking or advertising, so there is no consent box. On the order page, the tab remembers the choice you put together, so it is still there if you come back from the payment. It is deleted when the tab closes and is sent nowhere. Cloudflare may also set a necessary security cookie if traffic looks automated.

Who I use

These providers process data on my behalf. All have a data processing agreement, and none may use the data for their own purposes.

Cloudflare

Hosts the website, stops attacks and counts visits without cookies.

USA and the EEA. Transfers under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Stripe

Takes the payment when you order: your card, company name, e-mail and billing address, which you type in at Stripe. I never see the card number.

Stripe Payments Europe in Ireland, with transfers to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Microsoft 365

E-mail, calendar and Teams. Your order reaches me as an e-mail.

Microsoft's data centres in Europe.

Anthropic

The AI behind Bilfinneren and Svarklar in the car demo.

USA. Transfers under the EU standard contractual clauses. The text is deleted within 30 days and not used to train models.

How long

• Contact details and notes: if we do not become client and supplier, I delete them at the latest two years after our last contact.
• E-mail between us: as long as the conversation or the accounts need it.
• As client and supplier: as long as the agreement lasts. Accounting records are kept for five years, as Norwegian law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see what I have about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit its use or receive a copy. You can also object to my use of it, and if you ask me to stop contacting you, I stop at once.

E-mail [email protected]. You get an answer within a month, usually much sooner. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, or to the authority where you live.

No automated decisions

The AI in my tools makes suggestions and drafts. A person always decides what is sent, and no decision about you is made automatically.
