Terms of sale

When you order on blackfox.no

Version 1, 30 October 2026. These terms apply when a business orders on the website. It is a sale between businesses, so consumer cancellation rights do not apply.

1. The parties

The agreement is between Blackfox Rezaie (sole proprietorship), Norwegian org. no. 935 803 977, Åråssvingen 11, 2007 Kjeller, Norway («Blackfox»), and the business that orders («you»). Questions: [email protected] or +47 48 48 01 33.

The agreement is the order as shown in the summary before you pay, these terms, and the data processing agreement (section 9).

2. What you can order

Bilfinneren and Svarklar. A buyer types what they are looking for in their own words on your website, and Bilfinneren shows the cars you have in stock. Each enquiry from your listings site, e-mail or website lands in your inbox with a reply draft from Svarklar. The levels include:

• Start: 100 searches, 50 reply drafts and up to 1 hour of tuning and help a month.
• Standard: 400 searches, 200 reply drafts and up to 1 hour of tuning and help a month.
• Plus: 1,000 searches, 500 reply drafts and up to 2 hours of tuning and help a month, plus a 30-minute review.

Searches are all searches in Bilfinneren, with and without AI. If you go over, we talk about the next level. You never pay more than your level. Once the month's searches or drafts are used up, Bilfinneren answers without AI and enquiries arrive without a draft. Blackfox may then pause that part for the rest of the month.

Ready-made posts. Ready-made social media posts for the cars you have in stock. You look them over and post them yourselves.

Website, made for you. A new website built for you, with your stock connected. It is built to be found on Google and in AI search, but Blackfox promises no particular ranking. Care covers hosting, security, updates and backups. With «Care + 1 hour» or «Care + 3 hours», Blackfox also makes changes for you, up to that many hours a month. Unused hours do not roll over. Changes beyond the plan are agreed and priced before Blackfox starts.

3. Price and payment

• Prices are shown on the order page and in the summary before you pay. All prices exclude VAT.
• You pay by card through Stripe. The card is registered when you order, and Stripe e-mails a receipt.
• The monthly price is first charged on the day it runs for you (section 4), then monthly in advance.
• Website: half of the setup is charged when you order. The rest is invoiced when the website goes live, due in 14 days.
• Bilfinneren and Svarklar have no setup fee.

4. Setup and go-live

After your order, Daniel gets in touch to plan the start. Allow about a month.

Everything you order shares one go-live date: the day Blackfox e-mails you «It is live». Svarklar is live when the first real reply draft is in your inbox. Bilfinneren is live when it shows on your website. The website is live when it runs on your domain.

Before Blackfox can set it up, we need from you: a signed data processing agreement, access to your stock list (or a yes from the provider of the system that lists your cars), which inbox enquiries arrive in and an administrator who approves the access, and for the website your logo, photos, texts and access to the domain.

Blackfox reports «ready» when a part is set up and can be used. Go-live is at the latest 14 days after the last of these reports. From then on, whether you use the parts is up to you. If something on the list above is still missing on your side 30 days after the order, the website can go live on its own, and its monthly price runs from then.

5. Term and ending it

• The agreement runs for 12 months from go-live.
• In the first three months, both you and Blackfox can end it. Notice is given in writing by e-mail, and the agreement ends at the end of the month it is sent in. After the first three months, both are bound for the rest of the 12 months.
• After 12 months, the agreement renews for 12 new months unless one of us ends it. It never continues month by month.
• At the latest 30 days before the 12 months are up, Blackfox e-mails you a reminder with the prices for the next 12 months. If Blackfox does not want to renew, the reminder says so.
• If you do not want to continue, e-mail your notice at the latest 7 days before the 12 months are up. This deadline holds even if the reminder does not reach you, for any reason.
• New prices apply only if you accept them in writing. Without that, the agreement renews at the same prices, and Blackfox may end it by e-mail within three months of the renewal. It then ends at the end of the month the notice is sent in.

Prices are fixed for 12 months from go-live.

6. The website is yours

• You change the content yourselves whenever you like: text, photos, campaigns, opening hours and staff. The domain, DNS and e-mail stay yours, and all the content is yours.
• The setup, meaning design, code, forms and links to other systems, is changed by Blackfox, on the plan's hours or by agreement.
• When the agreement ends, you keep the website. You get the finished site and a copy of its code and content at no cost, within 30 days. You may use and change the copy freely for your website. Blackfox keeps the rights to the code and may use it for other clients.
• Bilfinneren, Svarklar and anything outside the website stay with Blackfox and stop working for you when the agreement ends.

7. How Bilfinneren and Svarklar work

• Svarklar writes drafts. You read, edit and send them yourselves. Nothing is sent until you have read it.
• Bilfinneren and Svarklar do not use your customer lists, only the enquiries you already get and the cars you already show.
• AI finds the cars and writes the drafts, and what the AI makes is a suggestion. You are responsible for what is sent and published. Blackfox is not responsible for the content of what the AI suggests.
• Bilfinneren shows its suggestions straight to the buyer, and the website says they are made by AI. It shows only cars and details from your stock list, and you are responsible for the stock list being correct.
• Your data is not used to train AI models.

8. Faults and liability

• Faults Blackfox made, Blackfox fixes at no cost.
• Blackfox promises no particular uptime percentage.
• Blackfox's total liability under the agreement is limited to what you have paid Blackfox in the last 12 months. Blackfox is not liable for indirect loss.

9. Personal data

Svarklar reads enquiries, and they contain personal data. You are the controller of that data, and Blackfox is the processor. The data processing agreement is signed before Svarklar is connected to your inbox. What Blackfox does with the details you give when you order is in the privacy notice.

10. Changes, confidentiality and law

• A change to the agreement applies once both you and Blackfox have agreed in writing. E-mail is enough.
• What we learn about each other's business and customers, we keep to ourselves, also after the agreement ends.
• The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. If we disagree, we first try to settle it in a conversation. If that fails, the ordinary courts decide.
